For this drink you will need lungo, cubed sugar, rum or cognac, hazelnut ice cream and possibly sugar to sweeten it.

  2. Put two tablespoons of hazelnut ice creamin a glass . Then pour the coffee over it. Put another smaller spoonful of ice cream on top.
  3. Put two sugar cubes on a spoon and pour 2 tablespoons of alcoholover them . The sugar cubes will soak up the rum.

SICILIANO

Because coffee and Italy simply belong together, the next recipe is Siciliano. To make this drink you will need a shaker, vermouth wine, Amaro, which is a traditional Sicilian liqueur with a bittersweet taste, soda water and cold brew, and Demerara syrup or basic sugar syrup.

You'll use Demerara syrup not only for this drink, but for some other drinks as well, so I'll explain how to make it first.

You will need:

  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 150 g water
  • a little vodka

Procedure:

Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan. Dissolve the sugar in a small saucepan. Store the sugar concoction in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to one month. To prolong the syrup's shelf life, drizzle it with vodka.

And now, on to the Siciliano.

  1. For one drink, mix 60 ml sweet vermouth, 45 ml amaro liqueur, 45 ml cold brew and 30 ml syrup in a shaker.
  2. Then put ice in the glass and top it off with a drink from the shaker.
  3. Top up the glass with soda water. For example, use an orange as a garnish.
