What black teas do we offer?

We offer pure black teas from various regions including Ceylon, India and China. Each region offers specific flavour nuances - Ceylon teas are often full-bodied and fresh, while Indian teas, such as Assam or English Breakfast, bring a rich, spicy flavour. Chinese black teas, on the other hand, have more subtle, sometimes slightly fruity or floral notes.

What is the difference between black tea from Ceylon and India?

Black teas from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) are known for their fresh, citrusy flavour with a full body, while black teas from India often have spicy, malty notes and a richer texture, which is typical of teas from the Assam region. However, both regions produce quality teas with unique flavour profiles.

How to prepare black tea correctly?

Black tea is brewed at around 90-100°C and should take 3-5 minutes to steep, depending on the strength you prefer. For a stronger tea, you can leave the leaves to steep a little longer, but beware of steeping too long, which could cause bitterness.

What sizes of black tea packs do we offer?

We offer black tea in two pack sizes - a 70g pack, which is great for trying new varieties, and a 1kg pack for true tea lovers who want to stock up on their favourite variety.
