Espresso coffee machine on the principles of E-61 technology

In the 1960s came a revolution in espresso innovation. It was an instant success and becameone of the most widely used systems in the history of espresso coffee. Even today, many manufacturers still use it and work with its principles.

However, technology has moved on in 60 years, so something new is needed to address the old shortcomings. The engineering team at Ascaso has spent years working todifferentiate themselves from the competition and improve espresso coffee machines. This too has led them to rethink their approach to tradition.

A revolution in the use of stainless steel for coffee machines

T&Stainless Steel technology led to the creation of the revolutionary Big Dream, which changed a technical benchmark that had been used for more than 100 years. Stainless steel has replaced brass and copper. Ascaso engineers continue to make these unique products.

T technology is the most advanced multi-group technology. The technology was exclusively developed by Ascaso. It offers not only thermal stability and a high level of energy savings, but also clean and fresh water in every coffee.

Thermal stability system of the espresso machine

The filtered and pure water enters the machine via a rotary pump. It enters the water/steam boiler through a U-shaped preheater tube made of strong Aisi 316L stainless steel. This is a very efficient system that does not need to use any additional energy to preheat the water.

The coffee group T and the algorithm introduced in the electronic control panel guarantee a great thermal stability of the water at the outlet of the group (it is +- 0,5°C). And all this without constantly reheating the water.
