This fully washed coffee comes from the Anserma cooperative, located in the Colombian department of Caldas. The Anserma cooperative brings together growers from different municipalities such as Anserma, Belalcazar, Risaralda, San José and Viterbi.
By bringing together farmers from different municipalities in 'Eje Cafetero', Anserma has become a symbol of the Colombian coffee tradition. Each cup of this coffee supports more than 2 000 farmers and their traditional way of life.
