Beaker low 600ml
Beaker low 600ml
Thebeaker is used to prepare a selection of filter coffee, has a capacity of 600 ml and is made of brewing glass. The beaker is made of brewing glass. What we like about filter coffee is the larger volume of the resulting beverage as opposed to an espresso or mocha pot, so we highly recommend it to anyone who likes a larger amount of coffee. You can play beautifully with filter coffee and recognise the subtle changes in flavours as the cup cools.
Immediately after filtering, you can especially recognise the bitterer notes and the high temperature of around 80-60 °C. With the next 4 or so sips you can feel the developing body of the coffee, the acidity, the beginning sweetness and the first hints of notes. When the drink is lukewarm, the strong aroma disappears and you can perceive the potential of the coffee itself, its notes and, in some coffees, a strong sweetness. More
