Bezzera Matrix MN, a coffee machine with tradition and innovative technology

Bezzera coffee machines do not give up their uniqueness even today. Luigi Bezzera is responsible for the world's first espresso machines. Tradition and mastery of the craft of coffee machine making in Italy combine Bezzera coffee machines with modern technology, an attractive appearance and an overall emphasis on the current demands of today's coffee drinkers.

The Matrix model prides itself on the innovative mindset of its makers and is not ashamed to show it off with its transparent side panels and RGB LED backlighting. Traditionally, it respects the irreplaceable advantages of the E61 head and its thermal stability capabilities. This is perfected by two PID systems.

It can adapt to the place where it has to prepare coffee. You can connect the coffee maker to the water line (it's a more convenient solution, but in that case, think about the water filtration system so you don't damage your coffee maker). Or use the 4 litre water tank directly in the coffee machine.

In the MN version, in manual mode, switch the extraction on and off. In both cases it has a clear TFT display, pre-infusion, automation as a "backflush" program or on/off mode. It also has a steam nozzle for milk and, of course, a hot water dispenser for making lungo type coffee or perhaps tea.
