Bezzera Mitica Top PID

The Bezzera Mitica R coffee machine is built on the basis of professional components. The body is made of polished AISI 304 stainless steel.

The coffee maker has an E61 head which is heated by a thermoscopic system, thus guaranteeing excellent thermal stability. Inside the coffee machine is a copper boiler with a 2 litre heat exchanger. This allows you to prepare coffee and use the steam nozzle at the same time without dropping the extraction pressure.

The coffee machine has only manual control, the start and end of extraction is controlled by the E61 head lever. There are two pressure gauges on it, one to indicate the pressure in the boiler and the other to indicate the pressure in the head of the coffee machine.

This model has a rotary pump and a direct connection to water. It is therefore also suitable for cafés or restaurants.

Included in the package are two cups for preparing one or two portions of coffee, a blind cup for cleaning, a double-drain lever, a single-drain lever, a plastic tamper, a plastic measuring cup, a brush for cleaning the head of the coffee machine.

The coffee maker is handmade in Italy.
