Coffee from the Huehuetenango region
The AAPICUC association was founded in 2011 in Huehuetenango , Guatemala, and brings together 74 farmers who grow organic coffee at high altitudes on small farms. Thanks to the ideal conditions, coffee with strong acidity and fruity notes is produced here, which will impress every lover of quality coffee.
AAPICUC farmers not only grow coffee, but also keep bees , which helps them increase production by up to 25%. Coffee is processed here using the traditional washed method , while all the water used is carefully filtered to avoid polluting nature.
Huehuetenango is famous for its unique microclimate , where the warm air from the Mexican plains meets the cool air from the Cuchumatanes mountains. This combination allows coffee to be grown at altitudes of up to 2,000 m above sea level , which gives local coffee its unmistakable taste and character.

Certified BIO Coffee: The sustainable taste of nature
Coffee from AAPICUC is certified as an BIO product , which means that it is grown in accordance with strict organic farming standards . Farmers use natural practices that protect the soil and the surrounding ecosystem, avoiding synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.
Thanks to the BIO certification , you can be sure that this coffee is not only tasty, but also environmentally friendly . Each cup thus contributes to a sustainable future for small farmers in Guatemala and for our planet.
