About Cooxupé Farm

Founded in 1932, Cooxupé is one of the oldest cooperatives in Brazil. Since 1957, the cooperative has invested in its own coffee processing, educating its members, and helping with sales in international markets. With over 60 years of tradition, Cooxupé is an example for all cooperatives in Brazil. Cooxupé has 12,000 members from Sul de Minas, Cerrado in the Minas Gerais region and also growers in the Rio Pardo Valley in São Paulo. The vast majority are family - little growers whose main livelihood is coffee cultivation. Cooxupé takes its social responsibility to its members very seriously. They have built health and education units in the rural regions of their operations for the surrounding population. In addition to infrastructure for their members, they also offer education and consultation on eco-friendly growing techniques.

Modern espresso

Is a roast for lovers of lighter roast espresso with lively acidity. Cafes claiming to be third wave will serve such coffees.

We refer to classic espresso as noir.

This is a darker roast ideal for mocha pots, super machines, or people who prefer espresso with lower acidity.
