Coffee from the Ngororero region
The Ngororero station brings together 1405 farmers and is appreciated worldwide for its excellent quality and taste. This coffee undergoes a rigorous grading process to ensure premium quality and taste every time.
After sorting, the cherries are pulped and up to 80% of the mucilage is removed before fermentation. The parchment is then left to ferment for 10 hours and then dried in the sun on raised beds. There it is frequently turned and re-sorted to ensure even drying and the best possible quality.
In partnership with the Kahawatu Foundation, RWACOF invests heavily in farmer training, environmental sustainability and other ways to improve farmers' livelihoods.
