Brazilian coffee Sancoffee

Coffee from Sancoffee is a perfect example of Brazilian coffee with a rich flavor profile . This unique blend is produced every year in consistent quality from coffees from farms that are members of the cooperative.

Sancoffee is located in the city of Santo Antônio do Amparo and is made up of 20 members in the Campo dos Vertentes area, with farms ranging from 70 to over 1,000 hectares.

Sancoffee was born from the common dream of enthusiastic coffee growers around the city of Santo Antonio do Amparo in the Minas Gerais region. With the great support and encouragement of Mr. Fernando Paiva , a pioneer of specialty coffees in Campo das Vertentes since the 60s, these producers acquired a warehouse and founded a cooperative.

What makes Brazilian coffee so special?

The entire Minas Gerais region is famous for its coffee production . Local conditions have great potential for growing high-quality coffee .

Green hills with heights from 940 to 1010 meters above sea level, fertile soil and mild climate are historically associated with coffee cultivation. The farms work without pesticides, with organic and sustainable means that do not burden the local ecosystem .

Overall, Sancoffee strives for long-term sustainability , whether it is environmental protection or social responsibility. Thanks to these efforts, Sancoffee received B-Corp certification in 2019.

How will this cup of coffee taste?

Brazilian coffees are sought after for their unique taste . Full nutty sweetness, pronounced aroma and balanced taste with tones of caramel, molasses, cocoa and dark chocolate in the aftertaste are typical.

Sancoffee will delight the taste buds of all coffee lovers with its full, harmonious taste . Expect sweet notes of milk chocolate , which is so typical of Brazilian coffees. But also the juiciness of this naturally processed coffee and the aftertaste of dark chocolate.

Recommended for preparing espresso . The medium roasting profile was created precisely for this coffee preparation method. In addition to being used for espresso from a lever or automatic coffee machine, you can also enjoy coffee from a Moka pot or džezva .
