A product for cleaning the coffee paths in your lever coffee machine. The fast dissolving powder with EVO® formulation gently removes coffee oils and deposits to help improve the taste and preparation of espresso.

Cleaning instructions for lever coffee maker

1. For daily cleaning, add 1 scoop of EVO® to the lever with the blind strainer and place it back into the coffee maker. If the machine is cleaned less frequently, use 2 scoops.
2. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
3. Stop the cycle and allow to run for 10 seconds.
4. Repeat the cycle 4 times - clean for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
5. Remove debris lodged in the blind lever and rinse well under a stream of water.
6. Reinstall the blind filter lever, run and stop the cycle 10 times - rinse 5 seconds, stop 2 seconds to ensure a thorough rinse.
7. Remove the blank filter and insert the regular filter.
8. Brew and discard one espresso for your assurance that the cleaning agent is not part of the beverage.

Instructions for cleaning the lever - portafilter

Pour 2 scoops of the product into a 500 ml container and let the levers soak overnight.

Rinse thoroughly under running water.
