Coffee from the Anserma region

Anserma is an association of over 2000 smallholders (with an average of 2.5 ha). Anserma is slightly livelier than Lucero, but with wonderful beans, and consistent quality. The coffee is processed by the wet method, fermented for a maximum of 14 hours and then dried on a paté for 5 to 10 days.

How will this coffee taste?

Coffees from Colombia are characterised by their full body, bright acidity and rich aftertaste. In Anserma's coffee you will find acidic fruity notes of citrus with a pleasant taste of chocolate and strawberries.

Recommended for espresso. The medium roast profile has been developed specifically for this coffee preparation method. In addition to using it to make espresso from a lever or automatic coffee machine, you can also enjoy coffee from a Moka pot or a Jazzeria.
