Coffee from the Anserma region
Anserma is an association of over 2,000 small farmers (with an average of 2.5 ha). Anserma is slightly livelier than Lucero, but with beautiful grains and consistent quality. The coffee is processed using the wet method, it is fermented for a maximum of 14 hours and then dried on a paté for 5 to 10 days .

Coffees from Colombia are characterized by a full body , clear acidity and a rich aftertaste. In the coffee from Anserma you will find sour fruit notes of citrus with a pleasant taste of chocolate and strawberries .
Recommended for preparing espresso . The darker roasted profile was developed specifically for this method of coffee preparation. In addition to using it to prepare espresso from a lever or automatic coffee machine, you can also enjoy coffee from a Moka pot or a coffee pot .
