Coffee from the Anserma region

Anserma is an association of more than 2,000 small farmers (with an average area of 2.5 ha). Anserma has beautiful grains and consistent quality. The coffee is processed using the wet method , fermented for a maximum of 14 hours and then dried for 5 to 10 days .

Coffees from Colombia are characterized by a full body , clear acidity and a rich aftertaste. In Anserma coffee you will find sour fruity notes of citrus with a pleasant taste of chocolate and strawberries .
