La Serrania
This coffee is grown close to the mountainous environment of the Andes. It is the work of several farmers who join forces to grow this great decaf. Here they stick to the quality of the drying of the beans, as it is important to ensure the same result and a clean final taste.
La Serraniadecaffeinated coffee is decaffeinated in a natural way. In the Decafecol plant located in Manizeles, the sugar cane method is applied to the beans, thus removing the caffeine from the coffee. The efficiency of this method is 99.7%.
