Exceptional microlot coffee - Bright Yellow
From the Huila region of Colombia, we bring you Bright Yellow , an exceptional micro-lot coffee. This coffee combines honey processing with a pioneering co-fermentation with peach concentrate, elevating the traditional notes of Colombian coffee to a new level of fresh fruitiness.
Meticulous, innovative workmanship
The coffee comes from small family farms at an altitude of 1900 m above sea level, where farmers first carry out a 12-hour fermentation . The beans then travel to Los Patios , where peach concentrate is added and further controlled fermentation takes place. This is followed by slow drying for 12–16 days .

Distinctive notes of peach, apricot and coconut
Colombian coffees are renowned for their balanced flavour , delicate acidity and sweet notes with hints of chocolate and fruit. However, Bright Yellow takes this profile even further – thanks to an innovative co-fermentation with peach concentrate, it stands out with strong notes of peach , apricot and a subtle hint of coconut , which together create an exceptionally fresh and juicy taste experience.
Perfect for a filter
We recommend it for filter coffee preparation. The fine roast profile was created specifically for this method of coffee preparation. In addition to using it for classic drip coffee from a dripper or drip coffee maker, you can also enjoy coffee from a French Press , AeroPress or Chemex .
