Improved thermal stability thanks to patented E61 head

The ECM Mechanika V Slim has the widely used E61 head, which is connected to the water-boiler circuit. The water in the boiler circulates through the chamber of the E61 head, heating it and thus stabilising the temperature during coffee extraction. This is a frequently used technology that is used in higher end coffee machines. The 1400W boiler is made of stainless steel and has a capacity of 2.1 litres.

This lever coffee maker features a stainless steel construction with a glossy finish. It consists of a one-piece internal steel frame that protects it from dents or damage due to continuous use.

Heat Exchanger function and silent rotary pump

This heat exchanger (double circuitcoffee maker ) has an exceptional rotary pump that is very quiet. The Heat Exchanger function is a great help when preparing milk drinks. The steam is available immediately without waiting, so you can prepare espresso and whip milk at the same time.

Three-way valve of the ECM Mechanika IV Profi

The three-way valve is a very important technical element in the equipment of a coffee machine. It switches between three paths: the hot water source, the head and the waste. When the coffee dispenser is switched on, the water supply to the coffee head opens and the path to the waste closes. When the coffee dispensing is switched off, the path between the coffee head and the waste is opened and the water source is closed. After the coffee has been extracted, the pressure in the coffee head is released and the excess water is drained to the waste.

Easily switchable water source

With the Mechanika IV Profi, you can choose which water source to use. The reservoir boasts a 3 litre water capacity . If the reservoir doesn't suit your needs, it can be connected to a mains water supply, giving you the option of using it in commercial establishments. The package includes:

• connection on the body of the coffee machine (rear of frame) - outlet elbow 90° 1/8 "M (elbow swivels 360°)
• Pressure hose (armoured) 1.5m 1/8 "F - 3/8"

We recommend connecting a suitable filter to soften the water in front of the coffee machine . This will ensure a longer life of the coffee machine.
