Mancity Coffee: An Ethiopian Treasure from Guji
Mancity coffee comes from the Ethiopian Guji region , where the ideal climate and altitude of 1850-2210 m above sea level produce the Red Bourbon variety with a unique taste. Thanks to careful processing at the Shakiso station, it stands out for its softness and sweet tones.
Hand-picked and gently processed
Harvesting takes place during February and March , when farmers hand-pick only the perfectly ripe cherries. The coffee is then processed using a fully washed method , which emphasizes its purity and subtle sweetness. Fair compensation for farmers and an emphasis on quality guarantee an exceptional cup with a cupping score of 85 points.
Coffee with a story and responsibility
Mancity coffee is not just about taste – its production supports sustainable agricultural practices and improves the living conditions of local farmers. Every cup is a combination of exceptional quality and a fair approach to people and nature.

Complex taste with notes of peach, caramel and lemon
Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee and is renowned for its rich flavors with strong fruitiness and floral aromas. Coffees from this region stand out for their complexity and unique flavor profiles.
Mancity coffee is a great example of this – offering notes of peach , caramel and lemon , complemented by floral and chocolate undertones , making it an unforgettable experience.
We recommend it for filter coffee preparation . The fine roast profile was created specifically for this coffee preparation method. In addition to using it for classic drip coffee from a dripper or drip coffee maker, you can also enjoy coffee from a French Press, AeroPress or Chemex .
