Iron Lion comes from the Guji Uraga region of Ethiopia, which is known for its high altitude. This naturally processed coffee offers notes of strawberry, orange and cocoa beans. The coffee grows at an altitude of 2000-2180 m above sea level and is made up of the varieties 74158, 74110 and 75112.
This blend combines batches from several washing stations, ensuring a stable profile with distinct fruit and cocoa notes year after year. The coffee is dried on African beds for 14-18 days, contributing to its full and rich flavor.
