An improved version of the iconic home lever coffee maker

One of the most iconic and successful models of the Gaggia Classic home lever coffee machine comes with an improved version - the Gaggia New Classic EVO. The traditional boiler now has an anti-corrosion coating that prevents the material from oxidising, extending the life and quality of the boiler.

The professional coffee machine head is made of CW510 alloy and contains 58% copper. The material has also been modified for the filter holder, which is now made of high quality stainless steel.

Become your own barista with the Gaggia New Classic EVO

With the New Classic EVO, you can indulge in the preparation of quality coffee and become your own barista. With the professional steam nozzle, you'll whip up the perfect milk foam and can make yourself and your loved ones a great cappuccino or latte in addition to a classic espresso.
