CBD oil dosage

The recommended starting dose is 4 mg to 10 mg of CBD per day. Adjust the dose if necessary. The spray has a concentration of CBD, CBG and over 100 phytocannabinoids and terpenes.

Ingredients in CBD oil and their effect on the body

Organic olive oil

CBD
CBD or cannabidiol is one of the main compounds of the cannabis plant. It is a naturally occurring substance with no psychoactive effects and is directly extracted from the cannabis plant.

CBG
CBG or cannabigerol is another phytocannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. Like CBD, CBG is free of psychoactive effects.

Terpenes
