A unique story from the El Hato farm

Both coffees come from the Finca El Hato farm in Guatemala , where the care of nature and the tradition of cultivation combine in harmony. Hand-picked beans , dried in the sun and processed using the wet method , are proof that even a gentle approach can taste perfect.

These Catucai coffees are grown at an altitude of 1200-1450 m above sea level, where rich biodiversity is combined with the perfect care of the Rasch family .

El Hato Farm uses the gentle and natural CO₂ Decaf process to remove caffeine from the coffee beans. Liquid carbon dioxide under low pressure and temperature gently removes caffeine without affecting taste and aroma.
