TheMelitta Cafena XT5 is a new member of the XT generation of professional coffee machines. Melitta has met the needs of clients and customers and brought to our market revolutionary machines that are a brand of the highest quality. The machines are not only beautiful but also functional. Design and functionality is the foundation to build on at Melitta. The case combines refined aluminium, with incredibly small dimensions - 30 cm wide, 71 cm high and 58 cm deep. Clear lines, silver accents and an emphasis on black and white contrasts. Two narrow strips of light on the height-adjustable zinc-plated spout, on which the colour can be adjusted. LED backlighting for your perfect cup of coffee.

Display and beverage sorting

The8.4" touchscreen display provides an overview and quickly guides you to the desired beverage. You can sort your drinks by size, bean type, milk type or collect data on the best-selling products and put these to the forefront or select self-service mode if you wish .

Perfect milk froth

A new milk system with a milk pump that lets you heat and froth milk for the perfect cappuccino or latte. Enjoy a little café whenever you want. The automatic professional coffee machine has the function to dispense cold milk as well.

CIP - Automatic cleaning

Easy and automatic cleaning thanks to the CIP ( Clean In Place) function. You do not have to disassemble the entire brewing unit and still achieve a hygienically clean coffee machine. This system is certified by Berlin: HACCP konformers Gerat, guaranteeing the hygienic cleanliness required in food service.

Inside,the Melitta Cafina XT5 boasts the established high standards of Melitta Professional. The stainless steel brewing unit ensures wear-free operation. The pump motor is extremely powerful and allows for stable water pressure, even extraction and consistent coffee quality in every cup. The 75 mm diameter grinding stones work particularly smoothly and produce an even result.

Maximum aroma

Thefine microtitre sieve aids in the grinding process and with its help you can achieve a very intense aroma from a very small amount of ground coffee. The sieve has more than 45,100 holes and a diameter of around four centimetres. Particularly fine ground coffee releases an incredibly full aroma and flavor even with a small amount.

Professional stainless steel brewing unit

The brewing unit is made of high-quality materials - mostly stainless steel - which means you can operate the coffee machine with a maximum net weight of 20g without risk of wear and tear.

More pressure for espresso

TheVPS - Variable Pressure System allows you to manipulate and adjust the pressure in the plunger and individualize it to achieve a truly perfect distinction among coffee specialties.

Adjustable spout height with illumination

Let your coffee shine in the spotlight! The entire area below the spout is illuminated with LEDs that let your drink take centre stage. The spout is adjustable from 70 mm to 185 mm. The stripes on the dispensing nozzle can change colour according to your mood.

Interchangeable containers

Two removable coffee bean containers hold up to 1000g. Dishwasher safe for your convenience. The container for ground coffee can hold up to 30 pieces. The container for instant blends such as cocoa can hold 450-800g.

A wide range of customization options

You can buy a second grinder, a separate hot water nozzle and a steam nozzle.

There is also Steam Control Plus, a container for instant blends (cocoa, milk powder), a container drain and a lockable container for coffee beans.

There are also many options for storing milk or warming cups - refrigerator capacity, 5 L , 11 L, 4 L. Combination of a 4 L refrigerator and space for warming 40 cups or a whole cabinet just for warming 80-120 cups.
