Fluffy foam

The TopFoam function lets your beverage shine. It leaves you no room for imagination, it makes everything come true. It whips milk perfectly, with amazing volume and ideal temperature. TopFoam even allows you to prepare milk cold, warm, frothed, hot or as cold whipped milk. The automatic Melitta Cafina XT 7 also offers a Steam Control Plus function for even more whipped foam enjoyment.

More than coffee and milk

Two grinders allow you to have two types of coffee ready at the same time for instant enjoyment. Do you prefer soy milk or lactose-free? The Melitta XT 7 offers you a choice of two types of milk.

Multimedia touch screen

The 8.4" touch screen provides the ideal space not only for the beverage menu, but also, for example, space for your product presentation. It is clear, user-friendly and offers the possibility to store your own beverage.

Two heating elements

They allow you to prepare espresso and milk foam at the same time, thanks to the 400V voltage. Two heating circuits for hot water and steam guarantee perfect espresso in the same moment as perfectly whipped milk.

Variable Pressure System (VPS)

The constant pressure can be varied and programmed according to the taste and type of coffee. The system for particularly intense espresso can be set up to 1000 Newton.

Strong heart

The stainless steel brewing unit ensures a constant and uniform espresso brewing process. It can be operated without risk of wear and tear.

Instant blends

More options with a hopper for two instant blends. Younger customers will not miss the hot chocolate. The removable container has a capacity of 1.3kg and can be easily washed in the dishwasher.

Cocktail menu

Cocktails bring another touch of sophistication to this automatic coffee machine. The Melitta Cafina XT 7 whips up cold milk foam, prepares an instant blend and the alcohol is up to you. Enjoy an extraordinary coffee experience.

Automatic conditioning (ACS)

This function is very special, it adjusts the coarseness of the grinding stones, the amount of water, the pressure needed to make espresso and even the temperature of the water. Everything remains with the highest quality for your cup of coffee.

Automatic cleaning (CIP)

Easy and automatic cleaning thanks to the CIP ( Clean In Place) function. You do not have to disassemble the entire brewing unit and still achieve a hygienically clean coffee machine.

Lighting and height adjustment of the spout

Let your coffee shine in the spotlight! The entire area below the spout is illuminated by LEDs that let your beverage take centre stage. The spout is adjustable from 70 mm to 185 mm.

Maximum aroma

The 75 mm diameter steel grinding stones grind your coffee perfectly. The fine sieve allows you to prepare a full-bodied espresso with only 8g of coffee.

You can buy a second grinder, a separate hot water nozzle and a steam nozzle.

There is also Steam Control Plus, an instant blend container (cocoa, milk powder), a container drain and a lockable bean container.

There are also many options for storing milk or warming cups - refrigerator capacity, 5 L , 11 L, 4 L. Combination of a 4 L refrigerator and space for warming 40 cups or a whole cabinet just for warming 80-120 cups.
