TheXT8 is the fastest of its generation. Large grinding stones and a stainless steel brewing unit speed up the grinding and brewing process. Enjoy this brief moment while it lasts. Stylish aluminum housing, ergonomic 10.4" display with a sturdy 3mm thick glass panel. Narrow light bars on the height-adjustable zinc dispenser. It's almost a shame that it's so fast.

Display

The extra-large 10.4" touchscreen display provides clarity and quickly guides you to the desired drink. Products are displayed as a brief overview of drinks or you can put drinks into groups. You can see which drink is the most common and put that in the foreground to speed up your selection. Or choose a self-service mode to let customers choose for themselves.

Milk, hot chocolate and milk foam

Latte Macchiato with soy milk? Whitepresso with white chocolate? If you have a wish, the Melitta Cafina XT8 will make it come true. You can double the menu and use two types of milk and two types of instant chocolate. There are a variety of milk foams available: cold, hot, frothy and topping.

Simply easy to clean

What about cleaning? This is either set on a schedule - once a day - or the machine will remind you that it's time to clean it. And that's only with the CIP function. It's an automatic process where nothing needs to be dismantled. Cleaning is done with cleaning tablets that perfectly clean the milk paths, the milk beater, the coffee paths and then rinse everything. The "HACCP compliant" approval seal guarantees certified hygiene.

Maximum aroma

Thefine sieve helps to ensure a fine grind and an exceptionally high espresso yield from the smallest amount of ground coffee. Which means greater economic efficiency. The sieve has more than 45,000 holes and its size is four centimetres.

It's a sprinter and a marathoner

A powerful sprinter with excellent stamina: The compact stainless steel brewing unit and fast grinding stones have a rate of up to 250 cups of espresso per hour. The stainless steel in the brewing unit allows for perfect precision. The ACS control system - Automatic Coffee Quality System - automatically ensures the same high quality in every cup. It works like your barista inside the machine. It monitors the coffee brewing and adjusts pressure, water temperature, changes the coarseness of the grind, the amount of coffee ground and the brewing time if necessary.

VPS - Variable Pressure System

The constant pressure can be changed and programmed according to the taste and type of coffee. The system can be set up to 1000 Newton for particularly intense espresso.

Flexible colour and height adjustment

Let your coffee shine in the spotlight! The entire area below the spout is illuminated by LEDs that let your drink take centre stage. The spout is adjustable from 70 mm to 185 mm. And the strips on the zinc spout can be colour-coordinated to suit your mood.

Containers

In addition to the two removable coffee bean containers - each with a capacity of 1 kg - there are also two instant blend containers - each with a capacity of 800 g.

A wide range of customisation options for the coffee machine

You can buy a second grinder, a separate hot water nozzle and a steam nozzle.

There is also Steam Control Plus, a container for instant blend (cocoa, milk powder), container drain and a lockable container for coffee beans.
