The new generation of iced coffee

Nitro cold brew is cold filtered coffee carbonated with nitrogen (or a mixture of nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide). This process originally originated in the beer industry and came to coffee to extract less acidity from the beans.

It takes several days to produce. First, the ground coffee is macerated in cold water for 20 hours, then filtered three times and finally racked into a barrel where it is saturated with nitrogen. The final step is to tap it through a special tap, which produces the right effect.

Because nitrogen does not dissolve easily in water, the coffee has a delicate creamy taste. Nitro cold brew is thus a great alternative to classic iced coffees that will leave you pleasantly refreshed.
