What's new with the Appia Life espresso machine?

The popular Appia has undergone a complete upgrade. On the outside, a modern design and three colour options: black, white or red. Sleeker curves, clear large buttons. They are more pleasant to the touch and ergonomically positioned the way a barista needs them to work quickly.

Inside, Appia Life has undergone major changes. Both in the material used, which is more eco-friendly, and in the modernisation of the technology. You will very much welcome the DRYTEX THERMICAL boiler insulation, which takes care of a much better heating efficiency and energy saving.

Single lever coffee machine and more efficient barista work

Struggling with small space on the one hand and speed of coffee preparation on the other? Appia Life will solve this problem for you. It's small - 55cm deep and just 40cm wide. But it can brew up to 150 coffees a day.

The Appia Life is made for life with a barista. Because even a master carpenter sometimes makes mistakes, Appia Life thinks that a barista is also just a human being. With the innovative "soft infusion system" - SIS can compensate for slight variations in the tamping of the coffee with a gentle infusion.

And should the barista need even more help, the Appia Life lever coffee machine can also be supplied with "EasyCream" technology. This means that the coffee maker almost whips up the perfect milk froth at the right temperature all by itself. The barista can concentrate fully on the creation of the Latte Art and the customer.

Regular maintenance of the coffee machine will be even easier

What's worse than not getting to the parts you need to clean? The new design of the group head, the adjustable steam nozzle and the side opening system. Everything is in place for easy maintenance and handling.

Of course, the coffee maker takes care of the daily backwash itself. Start the automatic cleaning programme and you can get on with other activities while closing up in the café.
