Coffee from the Eastern Highlands region

Named after a spirit that lives in a massive river rock, Baroida Estate coffee represents the best of Papua New Guinea . Grown at altitudes of up to 1,850m , this coffee is among the highest-rated coffees from the region thanks to careful sorting and quality processing.

Sweet processing using the honey method

The fruits are hand-picked at optimal ripeness , sorted by quality and then processed using the "honey" method , in which the beans are stripped of their skin, but part of the sweet pulp remains on them, which gives the coffee a rich flavor and subtle sweetness during drying.

Perfect taste and respect for nature

The Colbran family, who manage the farm, place an emphasis on sustainability and collaboration with the local community . Careful farming and respect for nature ensure that Baroida Estate coffee will continue to be a source of perfect flavor.

A premium espresso coffee with notes of apple, citrus and milk chocolate

Coffees from Papua New Guinea are known for their complexity and distinctive character . Thanks to the high mountain conditions, volcanic soil and traditional processing, they offer a rich taste experience. This particular coffee will enchant you with fruity notes of apple and lemon , complemented by the sweet taste of milk chocolate .

We recommend it for preparing espresso , from which you can also conjure up the perfect cappuccino or latte . The medium roast profile was created specifically for these coffee preparation methods. In addition to using it for espresso from a lever or automatic coffee machine, you can also enjoy coffee from a Moka pot or a cezve .
