The Rancilio Silvia Pro X takes all the good things customers love about the Silvia Pro double boiler coffee machine and adds a few new features. For example, the coffee maker now includes a portafilter with a soft ergonomic handle that puts professional quality right in your hands.

The main improved feature is the pre-brewing

There is now a pressure gauge above the drip tray to indicate the pressure inside the boiler, as well as a preinfusion option , i.e. presteaming. The preinfusion time can be set between 0-6 seconds. During this time, the ground coffee inside the filter is evenly saturated with water and there is no coffee canalisation. The preinfusion function therefore leads to a better and more consistent final extraction.

Two boilers and Pid for better thermal stability

Thanks to the two boilers equipped with PID control, the Silvia Pro X once again brings top, professional quality to your home. It ensures absolutely precise thermal stability, which makes the Rancilio Silvia PRO X outperform most other home coffee machines on the market. The temperature control of the water in both boilers (the 0.3 litre espresso boiler and the 1 litre working boiler) can be easily adjusted using the clear digital display. The coffee machine also includes two vibrating pumps.

A display that shows many functions

The coffee maker has a clear display that is very easy to use. The temperature is easily controlled using the two buttons (- and +) on the sides of the display, which shows the temperature of the boilers. In addition, the display presents temperature levels, a chronometer for the discharge time, a pump pressure indicator. If the water level in the reservoir drops, the coffee machine display will also alert you to this fact. The automatic backwash program is also a useful feature .
