All important functions under control

Check the pressure of the pump and the boiler using the two pressure gauges on the front of the machine. The amount of water in the boiler is controlled by a microprocessor. It monitors the water level and ensures that it is automatically refilled.

Group head E61

The E61 head, which works by circulating hot water from the boiler, ensures a stable temperature during espresso extraction. Although it heats up slightly slower than other types of heads, it maintains the temperature for a longer period of time.

Cronometro = stopwatch

The boiler also has a heat exchanger, so making espresso and whipping milk won't be a problem. You'll also be in control thanks to the built-in stopwatch, which is typical of Cronometro models.

Rocket Espresso Giotto: model V

This Rocket model has a vibrating pump and a water reservoir. Therefore, you should not forget to use filtered water from the filter pot, which will prolong the life of your machine and improve the taste of your coffee.
