Selected coffee from the Southern Province region
Rwanda Ngoma coffee comes from the Kavumu region in southern Rwanda. This Bourbon coffee, grown at altitudes of 1400-2100 m above sea level , stands out for its delicate acidity and sweet notes of red fruit.
Sweet processing using the Honey method
Farmers carefully hand-pick ripe cherries , which are then processed using the honey method . In this method, the pulp is partially removed and the sweet mucilage remains on the beans during drying, giving the coffee a richer body and a distinct sweetness .
Ngoma Farm promotes sustainability and better living conditions for farmers. Initiatives like the Kahawatu Foundation improve agricultural practices, empower women, and protect nature.

Fruity notes of orange and pear with a chamomile aftertaste
Rwandan coffees are renowned for their bright acidity , sweet notes and clean flavour profile , making them some of the most popular coffees in the world. This particular Rwanda Ngoma coffee brings a unique combination of fruity flavours of orange and pear , complemented by a delicate aftertaste of chamomile . Thanks to the honey processing (honey), this coffee offers sweet notes.
We recommend it for filter coffee preparation . The fine roast profile was created specifically for this coffee preparation method. In addition to using it for classic drip coffee from a dripper or drip coffee maker, you can also enjoy coffee from a French Press, AeroPress or Chemex .
