Choose our coffee tasting kit with the volume of individual bean packs you want. You then decide according to your preference of using these coffee samples. That is, whether you want filter roasted coffee or - as in your case - coffee suitable for preparation in an espresso machine.
When choosing a tasting pack of coffees for use in a lever espresso machine, we recommend samples of 250-500 grams. Keep in mind that the grinder will always take a few grams out of the pack when adjusting the correct grinding coarseness for a particular coffee.

Prepare freshly ground coffee at a ratio of 8.5 g per 150 ml of water. It depends on the size of your cups or glasses. The coarseness is also important and should match the coarseness of the sugar crystal.
- Place the freshly ground coffee in the cups and test the dry aroma by smelling it.
- Prepare water at a temperature of about 94°C.
- Pour in a measured amount of water, test the wet aroma.
- After 4 minutes, stir the coffee grounds with a spoon in three circular motions.
- Collect the remaining logerparticles from the surface with two spoons.
- Start tasting the coffee within 8-10 minutes of pouring.
