The chapter "Coffee" focuses on the future of breeding, crossbreeding and the sustainability of the coffee industry in the future. The country of origin this time takes us to Hawaii and we also bring you the first in a series of articles from @baristahustle on coffee and pigeons.
In the "People" section, you'll learn more about women in the coffee world as well as our reigning master baristas Adam Neuaber (CZ) and Lukas Podbehl (SK). You'll hear how difficult it can be for baristas to complete a short story during a shift and we also talk to our stockists in Prague and Nitra. Finally, you can read a Brazilian poem about what the journey of coffee from farm to cup looked like more than 80 years ago.
For those who missed this year's Slovak AeroPress Championships, we have prepared a photo story 'Barista Across the Deck'! ??♂️
The last chapter 'The World' features two faces of one nation - Colombia, continues with reflections on coffee and the universe and what's actually hiding at the bottom of a coffee cup, as well as a unique interview with our guest Peter Bilak on the topic of type and design. We end the chapter by looking at how Athens is becoming one of the most interesting coffee destinations and where to go for a good selection.
