Fully controllable temperature

T3 technology allows you to control the temperature and thus influence the coffee you brew. Different extraction temperatures will be reflected in the final flavour profile of the espresso. With T3 we can set different temperatures for all the heads of the machine.

TFT

The display conveys all the necessary information about the machine and the espresso preparation. It therefore guarantees a more comfortable work for the barista, who is in control of the temperature setting values of the individual boilers. All this data is provided in real time.

Perfect milk whipping

The always cool nozzle when whisking milk ensures greater safety and comfort for the barista. Can be retrofitted with the Easy Cream Technology nozzle to froth milk according to your own preferences. Easy operation is ensured by the Push & Pull System on the controller.
