HEES enhances the aroma of each brewed cup of coffee as it transmits all the great flavour notes thanks to the new extraction system. Repeatability of results are the main advantages of this technology, which corrects errors caused by an inexperienced hand and ensures a perfect espresso.

Adonis has an extremely precise electronic temperature control system (PID) that provides maximum thermal stability. You can change the temperature in the boiler and check it on the display with the option of displaying it in Bars, Celsius or Fahrenheit.
