In addition to the usual functions, the Maverick also has functions for filter coffee or espresso preparation according to roast levelThe design ofthe Black Eagle Maverick coffee machine was inspired by the history of the Victoria Arduino brand. The needs of the best baristas, roasters and specialty coffee shops were taken into account in the design.

T3 Genius technology

This technology allows baristas to have even more control over the preparation of each espresso. T3 means 3 different temperatures.

• ✓ Heats only as much water as needed. Which means saving energy for the machine and time for the barista.
• ✓ They've doubled thepressure in the Victoria Arduino's whisk nozzle and halved the water used. This heats even less water, but still achieves a velvety creamy foam in the cappuccino.
• ✓ The coffee machine recycles all the energy used. It is the most efficient and sustainable coffee machine you will find on the market.

They've taken the T3 Genius technology in the Maverick even further, achieving 37% less energy consumption than previous T3 Genius coffee machines.

Stainless steel boilers

The reduction in consumption was also achieved by reducing the volume of the boilers to 8 litres. The boilers can maintain a high pressure of up to 2.1 bar. This releases high quality dry steam.

Three head group

But the reduction in consumption is also due to optimising the weight and shape of the head group and directing the excess energy to preheating the incoming water. As a result, higher heating speeds are achieved , but also accuracy and efficiency.

Pure Brew Technology

Thanks to the technology, you can simply adjust the roast level (light, medium, dark) to get an even better cup of coffee. In addition, the Pure Brew function has been combined with a portafilter with a conical filter with double mesh. With the coffee machine, you can also prepare a full-bodied cup of filtered coffee.

New software and display

The new software makes coffee preparation even easier. You can see all the information you need about extraction and beverage preparation on the display. The software is also very user-friendly. You can switch between espresso and Pure Brew mode on the display. There is also the option to create new recipes, adjust settings and browse all functions.
