Victoria Arduino 's popular professional coffee maker Black Eagle has evolved into this not-just-espresso machine Maverick. On the new Maverick, you can still recognize its predecessor from the first glance. However, you'll see a coffee machine that is more modern, more direct and more elegant in detail. Above all, you'll immediately fall in love with the amazing digital "alarms" on each head of the machine.

As far as tech features go, of course the Maverick, like the original Black Eagle, can be had with Gravitech. That is to say, automated weighing of each coffee brewed. Which is a much more accurate way of sticking to your chosen recipe than dosing water by volumetrics. With Maverick, you can then switch freely between these systems as you see fit.

The best espresso and latte machine

T3 technology - what's it all about? In short, it's a sophisticated way of heating water for coffee within three systems for each head of the machine. Specifically, this means that hot water from the large steam boiler goes into the espresso boiler, and the resulting water temperature is ultimately still influenced by the temperature setting of the coffee head. You can thus modulate the temperature curve for extraction and suppress or enhance the individual flavours of the coffee being prepared.

When you get an order for a cappuccino in a café and you have a Maverick, your guests will know first-hand the heavenly delicious experience of coffee with milk. The steam nozzles of this coffee machine are tuned like never before. The higher pressure in the boiler (to 2.2 from the original 1.2) is why the milk will taste so perfect. With the higher pressure, the steam becomes drier and there is minimal dilution of the milk with water from the steam nozzle. Oh, and you can also choose the strength of the steam nozzle to suit you (Steam by Wire function).

Brew bar in the espresso machine

The amazing Maverick has a filter lever. Literally. You can attach a portafilter with a conical filter to the head of the machine for overflow. At the same time, you can activate the Pure Brew program at the click of a button. Then the magic happens - your espresso machine starts making filter coffee. The sophisticated PB Tech program can apply pulse brewing to your coffee during the pre-infusion, infusion, post-infusion phases.

It then changes the water pressure strength algorithm within such extraction. The perfect cup of filtered coffee is born and it tastes much better than from most automatic drippers. Thecoffee is full of flavor and, thanks to the metal filter, has a unique texture that you can't achieve with paper filters.

It adds the use of heat from the pump to the aforementioned method of preheating the water. And the more the pump, i.e. the coffee machine, works, the more heat to preheat the water and less energy to heat it in the boiler!
