Black Wilfa Uniform+. A grinder for every coffee preparation method

The first thing world barista champion Tim Wendelboe suggested to Wilfa's developers was to create a grinder with flat grinding stones. In the Wilfa Uniform, these are flat, up to 58 mm wide and made of high-quality stainless steel, as Tim requested.

The large grinding surface contributes to the uniformity of the grind. Only consistently ground coffee leads to the best cups of coffee you've ever brewed. And with Wilfa Uniform, you can prepare such coffee any way you like. As an all-purpose grinder, it can handle coarse grinds for a filter and fine grinds for espresso, for example. The entire range consists of as many as 41 coarseness levels, so you can find the right grind for your coffee.

There is only one button on the grinder apart from the grinding scale, which you adjust by turning the coffee hopper. It's not just the intention of keeping the design minimalist. Other than the on/off button, you simply don't need one. In fact, the grinding time stops automatically once the batch of coffee poured into the grinder has been ground.

The brilliant Wilfa Uniform is no slouch. It has a body made of cast aluminium and steel. Even the ground coffee container is metal to minimise static charge. In this black version, the Uniform+ grinder is also equipped with an integrated scale accurate to 0.1 g. This extraordinary scale is cleverly positioned as the lid of the grinder and links to a mobile app containing not only data on your own coffee preparation, but also the recipes of Master Wendelboe.
