Guide to returning goods

  2. Return the goods in their original condition (clean, undamaged, complete). Only in this way can you send it back in full value.
  3. Pack the goods carefully for transport. Send well-packaged goods, so that they do not get damaged on the way, to the address: Green Plantation, Masarykova 968, Luhačovice 76326, Czech Republic.
  4. Refund or exchange of goods. Once we receive your returned goods, we will check the product and write a Withdrawal from the purchase contract within 14 days. Subsequently, we will arrange a refund or exchange for other goods or a voucher of the same value.
