Returning goods
Does the product not fit you and you need to return it within 14 days?
- Goods in their original condition (clean, undamaged, complete) in their original packaging can be refunded in full. If the goods are not complete, have signs of use and we cannot accept them as new goods, we can request a return value of the goods in their original condition.
- Pack the goods carefully for transport. Well-packaged goods, so that they are not damaged on the way, are sent by the carrier of your choice to the address: Green Plantation, Masarykova 149, Luhačovice 763 26, Czech Republic. You can also use the return label that you generate when you return the shipment. The return label can be created within 3 months of the order.
- Refund or exchange of goods. As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will check the product and write a Withdrawal from the purchase contract within 14 days. We will then provide you with a refund or an exchange for another product or a voucher of the given value.

Complaints and Service
We are sorry that you have experienced a problem with your product. You can file a complaint in several ways:
- Directly with the manufacturer or at an authorized service center This method is often the fastest, especially in the case of warranty repairs. We recommend checking the manufacturer's website, where you will usually find a list of service centers in your area.
- Complaint directly with us In case of a complaint or product return, please write to us at store@greenplantation.com.
Please include in your message:
- Order number – sufficient for your identification as a customer
- Description of the defect or problem
- A photo or short video (or link to it) that clearly shows the defect – the better the problem is described or recorded, the faster the complaint can be processed by the manufacturer

As soon as we receive the shipment, we will inform you about the next steps.
