Since the drinks menu is more like an Italian dictionary, you approach the attendant saying you want "preso". Okay, but what is that? The term presso is a widely used name for black coffee created by a lever coffee machine. As a result, customer perceptions vary. What people most often think of as "presso" is espresso-based coffee.
