Italian traditional manual coffee machine for creamy espresso

The Italian manual coffee machine will take care of making delicious espresso in the comfort of your own home. Simply fill the 1.6 litre boiler with water. It takes just five minutes to heat up and once the green light comes on, you can start extracting your coffee.

First, lift the lever to fill the head of the machine with water and then press it to push the water through the ground coffee. The pressure is created only by your own power. This way you can prepare up to 16 cups of espresso in a row. Heating is controlled by a powerful heating element located at the bottom of the boiler. Heating is controlled by a thermostat.

This model also features a pressure gauge, which gives you full control over the extraction process. If you are a fan of cappuccino, you will also appreciate the cool touch steam nozzle. The steam is created at the top of the machine where there is no water, so the more space you leave for steam in the Professional Lusso, the more steam you'll have available for whipping milk.
