Iced drip coffee with precise preparation

Like every summer, you long for iced refreshing coffee instead of hot drip. Putting ice cubes in your hot coffee is not the best way to really enjoy your Iced Coffee. So, there you have it - an iced coffee dripper!

The hot water doesn't even touch the coffee during the whole process. It's all done cold, or "iced". The Ice dri p method of making iced coffee means a shift in coffee extraction. The bitterness associated with the hot water is thus moderated so that you can enjoy the most refreshing coffee possible.

How does the Timemore Ice dripper work?

The process of making an ice dripper is absolutely easy. You fill the basket with ground coffee and put ice in the reservoir. You set everything on the decanter and add some cold water to the ice. Use the adjustment knob to adjust the drip speed.

Tip 1: Think about serving the coffee on ice to dilute it. Prepare a more concentrated coffee with 24 g of ground coffee per 400 ml of iced decoction.
Tip 2: Moisten the ground coffee first - saturate it with cold water and then let the ice water from the Ice Dripper reservoir drip over it.
Tip 3: Cooler water will bring out the original flavours of the coffee, but needs a longer extraction time. This Ice drip will take 2-4 hours to prepare , but it's worth it!
