Coffee from the region of La Plata, Huila
In the mountainous La Plata region of Huila , Colombia, the story of Bright Yellow coffee begins in the hands of small farmers who carefully pick only perfectly ripe coffee cherries . Each fruit is selected with an emphasis on sweetness and fullness , which are later reflected in the cup.
After harvest, the cherries are processed at the Los Patios station, where controlled fermentation takes place. First, there is a short fermentation in whole cherries, after de-husking, followed by co-fermentation with maceration in peach concentrate lasting approximately 36-48 hours . This process allows the development of complex aromas and a pronounced fruity character.
Bright Yellow coffee is not only the result of the efforts of farmers, but also of long-term support from experts who regularly monitor the quality of the harvest . Thanks to direct cooperation with producers, higher earnings are achieved while the overall quality of production is increased.

How will this cup of coffee taste?
Colombian coffees are known for their purity and balance, but Bright Yellow takes this profile to a more modern level . In the cup, strong notes of papaya and juicy peach develop, complemented by a delicate creaminess reminiscent of vanilla pudding.
We recommend it for filter coffee preparation . The fine roast profile was created specifically for this coffee preparation method. In addition to using it for classic drip coffee from a dripper or drip coffee maker, you can also enjoy the coffee from a French Press, AeroPress or Chemex, where the fruity character and subtle complexity of the coffee will best stand out.
