The new Flair Neo Flex offers several improvements over the older version. One of the main ones is the integrated pressure gauge, with which you will always be in full control of your coffee preparation. And you'll be pleased with the thin brewing cylinder, which doesn't require preheating.

The designers of the Flair Espresso Coffee Maker have devised a specific lever system that multiplies your squeezing force to an optimal 9 bar. The stainless steel head of the coffee maker is able to maintain the temperature of the water after heating to make coffee.
