As soon as the Gaggia Classic lever coffee machine was launched, coffee lovers across continents fell in love with it. Why? It's so small and portable, yet it doesn't sacrifice performance. Combining clean design and retro style, it simply has the look and feel of a coffee machine from a traditional Italian manufacturer. What's more, it's inspired by Gaggia's professional coffee machines. It has taken a few tweaks from them to bring with it to your home coffee shop.

For example, he's taken the steam nozzle for whisking milk into the coffee from pro coffee machines. You'll get the chance to practice your art of drawing milk on the surface of your cappuccino or latte art. The head of the coffee maker for the 58 mm portafilter is the kind used by pro baristas. Also, the three-way valve is another welcome innovation in the Gaggia New Classic models.
