Espresso in capsule, is prepared in capsule coffee machines for Nespresso capsules. Inside our coffee capsules is roasted ground coffee from Brazil. Specifically from the Cabo Verde region. In this location is the Ponto Alegre coffee farm with over 100 years of coffee growing tradition.
The Sousa farming family has passed on its experience with coffee trees from generation to generation. Every day, the triplet siblings Renato, Eduardo and Mabel Lima de Sousa continue the work their grandfather started. Growing the highest quality coffee, improving farming processes, striving for innovation in the coffee industry and taking care of their employees.
Ponto Alegre coffee capsules
Our direct business partners at Ponto Alegre Farm cultivate 416 hectares of land. Most of the land belongs to coffee farmers. Specifically in the Mundo Novo, Catucai and Catuai varieties. Less than a third of the area of the coffee farm, apart from the processing station and the coffee warehouse, is dedicated to wild crops. This allows room for biodiversity and maintains a natural environment for birds and local fauna.

Also, at Ponto Alegre Farm, they use biological means to fertilize the coffee fields. As part of their organic farming, they use a composting system and produce their own fertilizer.
