How to clean a professional lever coffee machine
Add a teaspoon (3 g) of Cafiza® Powder to a portafilter with a blind strainer. Insert the portafilter into the coffee machine.
Turn on the water output for 10 seconds and then repeat five times.
Rinse the portafilter with a stream of water.
Insert the portafilter into the coffee machine and repeat step (2) without Cafiza® Powder.
The first cup you brew should be discarded to ensure that the cleaning agent is not part of the beverage.
How to clean the portafilter and parts of the coffee maker
Mix 6 grams of Cafiza® Powder in a litre of hot water.
Soak the strainers and portafilter in the prepared solution for 30 minutes. Take care not to soak the portafilter handle.
Then rinse with warm water.
