It's still about pouring hot water over ground coffee, but the Tricolate Brewer has been designed so that the resulting coffee is significantly more intense and full of flavour.

How did the developers of Tricolate achieve this? First and foremost, they designed a dripper with flat walls and bottom. They also thought about the appropriate width. At 80 mm in diameter, the coffee has plenty of room to spread out evenly and the water can be saturated by the coffee substances from every single particle of ground beans. This extraction chamber has been supplemented by a top water dispenser. This helps the Tricolate-specific watering method. The water actually showers the coffee. Consistently, evenly, perfectly. As a bonus, you can pour the Tricolate without a barista pot with a gooseneck.
