Library mode: save your favourite recipes
The EK Omnia electric grinder is based on the iconic EK43 model and is the new flagship product of Mahlkönig. It can handle both espresso and filter grinds and offers consistency and the best performance.
It boasts an innovative technological twist in the form of a library mode. This allows you to store up to 10 of your favourite recipes, which you can always easily return to.
It offers 3 grinding modes, from classic, to time, which is ideal for espresso, to the aforementioned library mode. The combination of manual and automatic grind settings gives you much more room for precision and creativity.

It adapts to your requirements
Control via the HMI touchscreen is very easy and intuitive. The grinder incorporates 98 mm steel flat grinding stones and an extremely powerful and quiet motor.
You can adjust the grinding coarseness by turning the dial, the touch screen or the stored recipe. Thanks to the front LED display, you can, among other things, set ultra-precise micro-adjustments of the grinding coarseness, down to the micron level.
Save your perfect recipes in library mode and the EK Omnia instantly fine-tunes both the distance between the grinding stones and the dosage to match your chosen parameters exactly.
